All About Alice
Tuesday, May 25th, 2010I think that I may love my dog more than I love Twilight, which is saying a lot. I want to share with you guys how I came to get her. I grew up with animals but never really was an animal person. I mean, I liked dogs and cats but never really was able to be one of those people that is enamored with animals. I had a dog growing up but was always too lazy to properly care for them. Sorry mom! One day while lunching on a patio with a friend I heard a small cry. I kept hearing the cry and I couldn’t help myself. I searched around and found this smelly fuzz ball pawing at garbage. Literally it was love at first sight! She was so teeny tiny and pathetic. I scooped her up and took her home with me. Alice didn’t have a dog collar on and I posted signs everywhere around the area I found her. I asked the restaurant if they’d seen her before and they hadn’t. Posted her cute face on Craigslist but I knew as soon I took her home, she was mine. My parents were none too pleased but she eventually won them over 
Alice literally walked into my life and changed everything. I swear she makes me more responsible. I feel like a mom, I can’t leave her for too long and don’t want too. And that is how Alice and I came to be ♥ ♥
